Welcome to GCP Rechtsanwälte – your firm for legal advice and mediation in Vienna

The long-established firm GCP Rechtsanwälte has been practising law since 1963. Now in its second generation, our family firm stands for highly professional legal support and an atmosphere shaped by honesty and personal commitment. Thanks to decades of experience and our broad range of practice areas we advise and represent our clients in all legal matters, always striving for a solution in their interest. For this reason our law firm in Vienna has also specialised in professional mediation, in particular commercial mediation.

Since 1963 at your side

  1. Foundation

    Dr. Anton Gruber founds the firm in Vienna.

  2. Law degree and doctorate

    Dr. Alexander Gruber completes his law studies at the University of Vienna and is awarded a doctorate in law.

  3. Admission to the bar

    Dr. Alexander Gruber is admitted to the bar as a lawyer (30 July 1991).

  4. Mediation joins the range of services

    Dr. Alexander Gruber completes his training as a commercial mediator. Mediation becomes part of the firm’s services.

  5. Registration in the commercial register

    Rechtsanwälte Gruber Partnerschaft KG is registered in the commercial register at the Vienna Commercial Court (FN 175673 v).

  6. Branch office in St. Pölten

    Expansion to Lower Austria: branch office in St. Pölten, Kremser Gasse 16.

  7. Mag. Emek Calayan becomes a partner

    Mag. Emek Calayan is admitted to the bar (April 2014) and joins the firm as managing partner.

  8. Mag.a Nikola Gruber-Hellmeier joins as an associate

    Mag.a Nikola Gruber-Hellmeier joins the firm as an associate (October 2015).

  9. Admission to the bar as a lawyer

    Mag.a Nikola Gruber-Hellmeier is admitted to the bar as a lawyer (22 March 2023).
